Question./ Are small children allowed in the vehicles? 

Yes, small children are permitted in the vehicles, however any children that are small enough to require a car or booster seat, must always be seated in one for their safety,and for us to be compliant with health and safety guidelines as well as our insurance.

Moreover no one is permitted including children, to sit on any other passengers' lap and in this instance we would not be able to travel.

We ask that if a car or booster seat is required , that you arrange to have these ready at pick-up, and a member of your group is available to fix the seat and the child into the car upon our arrival please.
Question.Are you able to do multiple drops to the church and or venue?.

Yes of course we are happy to do multiple pick up and drop offs.

The costs on our price list are based on anything up to four hours, anything over that will be charged according to our price list.

We would advise that we plan and work out timings and an itinerary as best we can beforehand, so we are able to get an affirmed accurate cost at the time of booking.

If for what ever reason something comes up at the last minute, that is fine also but charges may apply.
Question./ How far in advance should i book?

Its advisable that we have at least 10-12 months' notice, certain times of the year are particularly busy, so to avoid disappointment we ask you contact us when you know your date, so we can get you booked in as soon as possible.

You will be sent a booking confirmation letter, containing your personalised itinerary once the deposit has been paid.

Question.Do you offer any complimentary services?

Yes all of our vehicles will come with bows and ribbons free of charge, if what we offer is not the right fit for your event , you are more than welcome to supply us with your own chosen decorations for the vehicle.

We also are able to provide complimentary red carpets, as well as silver champagne buckets that will come with champagne stands , if this is something you would like to add to your booking please let us know.

We would need said decorations at least 48 hrs prior to the event, so we can make sure they are fitted correctly and within plenty of time.
Question./ What areas do you cover ?

We are based in Weston Super Mare, and our set prices are based on a 50- radius, anything over that will incur a charge per mile (Please see price list).

We are not limited to the local area and happy to go further afield, any extra costs will be discussed and calculated at the time of booking to avoid any confusion.
Question./ Are amendments accepted at short notice?

Yes, we do understand that any event i.e wedding can be very stressful, this can mean last minute changes at short notice for example on the day.

We are more than happy to accommodate last minute changes, but please be aware this may incur a cost.
Moreover, we will do our best at the time of booking to foresee any issues before they arise so the price you are given is as accurate as possible.
